When does the program start?

How is the program delivered?

Everything takes place inside the free Telegram app. You'll receive personalized support and guidance from me, as well as customized prompts, short video tutorials, and templates. This flexible support will work for you regardless of your schedule or time zone (yes, even my friends in AU and NZ).

What is Telegram?

Telegram is a free secure messaging app. It's quick and easy to download it to your mobile device from your app store and set up an account. Telegram also works on your computer (although I love the convenience of having it on my phone!). Using Telegram, we can send audio, text, and video messages as well as share links and documents all in one place.

Do I need any special software to make this work?
